Approach
A quiet, deliberate
method for building
brands that hold.
Every Media Made Simple engagement follows the same five stage methodology. It gives clients predictability, gives us consistency and ensures that craft is never traded for speed.
Principles
How we work, before what we deliver.
Clarity
We translate complex business challenges into simple, ownable brand decisions.
Craft
Every artefact reflects considered typography, composition and tone.
Candour
We tell clients what works, not only what they wish to hear.
Commitment
We treat each engagement as a long term reputation, not a single transaction.
Methodology
Five stages, one engagement.
01
Discovery
Week 1 – 2
We begin by listening. Stakeholder interviews, a competitive audit and a structured brand audit help us understand the business, the market and the gap between the two. The output is a written brief that both teams sign off before any creative work begins.
02
Strategy
Week 3 – 5
We define the positioning, audience and messaging framework. This stage gives the brand its argument, its words and its commercial point of view. Without it, design is decoration. With it, design has somewhere to land.
03
Identity
Week 6 – 9
Logo system, typography, colour, photography direction, illustration and motion principles. We present a small number of considered routes rather than a wide spread of options, because a confident studio narrows the choice for its clients.
04
Activation
Week 10 – 12
We apply the new identity across the priority touchpoints, typically the website, pitch deck, social system, candidate facing assets and stationery. The brand is made real in the places that matter most.
05
Stewardship
Week 13 +
We deliver brand guidelines, train your team to apply them and remain available for ongoing creative direction on a retained basis. A brand that is launched but not stewarded drifts within twelve months. We do not allow that to happen.

Outcome
By the end of the engagement you own a brand book, a working system and a partner who already understands your business well enough to grow it with you.
